Bio

One of your most important purchases you will make is a home. Make the smart decision on who you have inspected it. We go above and beyond our competitors. The state of Arizona only requires an 84 point inspection. We cover the 84 point basics, also meet and comply with both ASHI and InterNACHI Standards, and our own important inspection points and areas. After our through, detailed inspection we’ll walk you through the home, not only pointing out deficiencies, but offering safety suggestions, and most importantly an education for your home. While most walkthroughs last 30-45min, we schedule an hour to ensure you have all your questions answered and you well informed without feeling rushed. We strive to try and ease the stress of the home buying process. We will get you the report within 24 hours of the inspection and the majority of the reports are finished within a couple hours of the walkthrough. We understand there is a lot of information provided from an inspection. That is why we are always available to to you after the inspection and walkthrough. Feel free to call us anytime, a week, a month, even a year later. We are here to answer any of your questions, call, text, or email anytime.
