Bio

As a professional certified member of ASHI, Bruce Fisher is: Illinois licensed Residential Property Inspector Radon Measurement Professional within the state of Illinois Certified Third-Party Exterior Insulating Finishing Systems (EIFS) inspector Certified Master Inspector for conducting Energy Efficiency Audits. Certified Green Building Auditor for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Certified Commercial Property Inspector for SPCA (Successful Property Condition Assessments) through ASTM He also has an extensive background in general contracting and construction remodeling, including carpentry and mechanical systems in both commercial and residential construction. Bruce started inspecting homes in 1982. White Glove Building Inspections, Inc. was incorporated in 1990 and has completed 15,000+ inspections to date. Along with all of his other qualifications as an outstanding inspector, Bruce has also served as Vice President of the Northern Illinois Chapter of ASHI and Council of Representatives.
