Tim O'Neall - ACI is the owner and founder of AZ Property Inspections and AZ Property Training and has personally conducted more than 15,000 residential and commercial inspections in Arizona since 1996. He has also trained hundreds of newly licensed Arizona inspectors along with thousands of real estate agents as a licensed Arizona Dept. of Real Estate instructor. Tim is a certified AZ Termite Inspector and is a Qualified Applicator with the Arizona State Pest Management Division. AZ Property Inspections is a multi-inspector firm and prides itself on quality inspections and exceptional customer service. Our reports are detailed and include a lot of commentary and photographs.
