Bio
Quality home inspections by an ASHI certified inspector and thorough, honest, ethical, detail-oriented German in the greater Tucson area including Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, and Green Valley. Licensed in Arizona since 2015 with several thousand homes inspected.
We differ from most other inspectors in many ways. Our inspections take 3+ hours. We use thermal/infrared cameras at no additional cost. We give each client a free copy of our home maintenance book authored by the inspector himself! We offer mold testing, water testing, termite and sewer inspections as an optional add-on for a reasonable fee. Our comprehensive reports are easy to read and include many photos.
We enjoy talking to you, the client. At the end of each inspection, we will provide a detailed summary of our findings, point out important information, and most importantly, answer each and every question that you might have. The most frequent words clients have used to described our work are professional, thorough, friendly, and beyond expectations.
We have several hundred 5-star reviews online from many happy clients.
DDHI is a locally owned business, not a franchise. We appreciate our military, law enforcement, first responders and teachers. We are LGBTQ friendly. We are honest, friendly, and caring. And we have the best mascot ever!
