Mark Goodman has been a professional home inspector since 2014 and is a Missouri SAVE Inspector. Prior to that, Mark owned and operated a successful general contracting and consulting firm and worked in the building materials and SCUBA diving industries. Mark is also the St. Louis chapter’s website and technology chair. Mark is a Certified ASHI Inspector, President-Elect of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), President of the St. Louis Chapter of ASHI (3rd Term), Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors - SME (role delineation study), Former ASHI Council of Representatives Group Leader, NADRA Certified Deck Inspector, Missouri Licensed Termite Inspector, and a Missouri SAVE Coalition Inspector.
