Chapter Description

Home inspectors committed to education and a higher standard for home inspections have formed the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and organized it into Chapters. ASHI was founded in 1976 and is North America’s oldest and most respected professional society of home inspectors. The states of Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana, Minnesota, Iowa, and California are served by home inspectors of the Great Lakes Chapter of ASHI. All efforts are directed to improve the quality of home inspections for our clients, to do so we learn and keep up with the evermore sophisticated details of the American Dream Home. ASHI Inspectors are committed to conducting inspections in accordance with the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, and are dedicated to providing superior customer service.
