Impact
Each year, ASHI's national conference, InspectionWorld, takes place in a different city around the country. One of the Foundation's main initiatives is to leave a positive and lasting impact on those cities. Through teaming up with local organizations, ASHI hopes to maximize the amount of service and aid it can provide as home inspection professionals.
Empowering Communities
ASHI thinks it's important to give back to the communities that have given it so much. At the ASHI Foundation, members are glad to pull up their sleeves and lend a helping hand. ASHI strives to connect its home inspection professionals with charities and causes that serve veterans in need, people who are homeless, families at risk and people who've experienced natural disasters, just to name a few. Additionally, scholarship opportunities will be offer for prospective candidates to receive their education to begin a career in the home inspection industry.
Homes For Our TroopsArmy SPC Joseph Paulk
Homes For Our Troops (HFOT) is a nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives. After hearing the story of Army SPC Joseph Paulk and his heroism, ASHI was immediately moved to support HFOT in their efforts of providing an accessible home for Paulk to regain his freedom.
